How do I care for my garment?

I recommend a cold gentle wash, hand wash or dry cleaning. Colours may run. Wash with similar colours. 


I want to make changes to a garment - can I?

As everything is currently made to order, you can make changes to a garment - from colour, fabric choice to the length. If you wish to do so, please message us on instagram to discuss

 

I live locally - can I pickup?

Yes if you live local to the studio you are more than welcome to pickup free of charge. Please select 'pick up' at checkout. 

Once your order is ready then you will be given the exact pickup address & instructions

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most items are currently made to order, as they are handmade by Katie. The current turnaround time varies (from 1-4 weeks), but will be stated at the top of the website, and in the description of the item when ordering. If you need your item sooner you can message us on insta to check when it will arrive.

There will be times that ready made items are uploaded to the website - these will be located under the 'ready to ship' section of the website. Any item purchased from this section has already been made, therefore will be posted out to you within 1-3 working days. 

 

I want to order, but worried it will not arrive in time for when I need it?

If you want to make sure your order will be made & posted in time for when you need it, please message us on instagram or email katie@thatblondestitch.com and we can give you a more accurate answer as to whether it will arrive in time. 

 

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If you have ordered from the ready made collection, and it has not been dispatched after 5 days, please contact us via katie@thatblondestitch.com, or message us on intagram.

If your order has been dispatched, but not yet arrived, we advise using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email, to track the delivery on the Royal Mail tracking website.

What sizes do you offer? 

 We currently offer sizes 4-18. For all 'made to order' items you can fill in your specific measurements to the comments box at the checkout, meaning your order can be made more specific to your size & height, allowing a better fit. 

 

How do I measure myself?

You will need a tape measure and the measurements typically needed (depending on the design & item ordered) are:

- Bust in inches (through the largest part of your bust) 

- Waist in inches (the smallest part of your waist)

- Hips in inches (hip bone region) 

- Height in feet (without shoes - you can also let us know if you are planning / not planning on wearing heels)

You can also give us additional measurements such as your bra size. 

 

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time we do not offer any exchanges, as all items are handmade.  

 

Can I get a refund?

At this time we do not offer refunds, at all items are handmade.

My item has arrived damaged / faulty, what should I do?

I am sorry to hear that your order has not arrived perfect! For any issues please contact katie@thatblondestitch.com

We can ship worldwide. 

 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Klarna and Apple Pay.

We are a UK based brand, created from a home sewing studio in the North West of England.
